Itinerary

DAY ONE                                           MT, D  

Today, we embark on a captivating journey to Napier, with a couple of scenic stops along the way. Our first stop will be at the Trail Kitchen near Rotorua, perfect for a morning tea and a leg stretch. We then continue to Taupo, where you’ll have free time to explore charming boutiques and enjoy a delicious lunch at one of the local cafés. In the afternoon, we travel to Scenic Hotel Te Pania in Napier, located along Marine Parade. After settling in, enjoy a relaxing dinner at the hotel’s on-site restaurant, concluding the day in comfort. 

DAY TWO                                           B, MT, L, D 

We begin the day with a delicious breakfast before departing Napier for Wellington. As we travel through Southern Hawke's Bay, enjoy a refreshing morning tea. Our next stop is Palmerston North, where we’ll visit Greenhaugh Gardens, developed over 40 years and surrounding an 1874 colonial homestead. After a light catered lunch with finger foods and sweet slices, enjoy a self-guided tour of the gardens. In the afternoon, we continue to the Copthorne Hotel Oriental Bay in Wellington, located along scenic Oriental Parade. After settling in, enjoy dinner at the hotel’s restaurant with stunning views of the city. 

DAY THREE                                       B, D  

After a hearty breakfast, we visit the majestic Parliament Buildings for a fascinating tour, exploring the Banquet Hall, Debating Chamber, and Legislative Council Chamber. Afterward, the day offers optional activities. For stunning views, ride the iconic Cable Car or visit Te Papa Tongarewa, a museum filled with captivating exhibitions. Alternatively, enjoy a leisurely stroll through Lambton Quay’s vibrant streets or indulge in some retail therapy. The bus will visit all destinations, so you can choose to stay on or explore. In the evening, we’ll gather for an early dinner before heading to the TSB Arena for the spectacular WOW show, showcasing creativity and innovation. 

DAY FOUR                                           B, MT, L 

Our journey concludes with a hearty breakfast before we head through the North Island. We stop for morning tea and then enjoy a delightful lunch at Tongariro Lodge in Turangi, surrounded by nature’s beauty. After lunch, we take another comfort stop in Taupo before continuing our final stretch to Tauranga. As we bid farewell to the stunning landscapes, we return with cherished memories and new friendships, each of us carrying a piece of this unforgettable journey in our hearts.
